We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) at Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) to support our global Marketing & Communication capability. You will play a key part in orchestrating user experiences across our digital marketing platforms by leading the integration of various marketing technologies to create a cohesive system that is externally facing for customers, candidates, and new leads/contacts.

Our Team

This role will report to the IT Solutions Delivery Leader, but provide full time support to the Marketing team, who are dynamic, innovative, and value collaboration and technological proficiency. The role will also work closely with other departments such as Sales and Customer Support. A successful candidate will be a proactive communicator and skilled collaborator, able to integrate across functions.

What You Will Do

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing application portfolio.
* Responsible for documentation, technical support and troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance and data security within the portfolio.
* Work closely with the Marketing team to translate strategic requirements into technical solutions, supporting the successful execution of multi-channel campaigns and ensuring technology enables marketing goals.
* Design and implement marketing technology solutions that align with business objectives, integrating platforms to enhance user experience, personalization, and campaign performance.
* Stay current on technologies and best practices, ensuring that we are leveraging the best knowledge to achieve success. (Automation of workflows, Implementation of New technologies)
* Communicate effectively with Marketing and IT Leadership on roadmaps, status, risks, and roadblocks.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Experience in managing marketing technologies and systems integration.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
* Experience with digital asset management (DAM) and email marketing platforms.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience working and managing projects from idea to implementation, executing all aspects of solution delivery including requirements gathering, scope definition, status reporting, and understanding project risks.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Understanding of digital marketing best practices and a familiarity with UX/UI and CX.
* This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
* Proficiency in at least one programming language or scripting language.
* Strong project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.
* Experience in setting up domain/subdomain, Google indexing/crawling, site map submission, and reCAPTCHA.
* Ability to implement complex multi-channel marketing campaigns and integrations.
