SCOPE OF WORK:
In this role, the New Roots Community Outreach intern will assist the New Roots Community Development Coordinator in creating and managing a multi-faceted community outreach plan. This includes marketing of produce, recruiting gardeners/farmers, developing content for all New Roots social media channels, networking both virtually and in person. The intern will also support events onsite at New Roots urban farm locations. Finally, the intern will support outreach and education of New Roots to the refugee community and greater Phoenix community. Minimum Qualifications: RESPONSIBILITIES:
