Job Summary
Provides healthcare services, applying cross-sectional computed tomography (CT) imaging and all related duties to assist diagnosis or treatment. Performs CT procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by; or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Provides appropriate patient care and recognized patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. Acts as a role model for comprehensive care, addressing the physiological, and socio-cultural needs of patients and their families and acts as a resource to other radiology employees in managing complex issues. Assures equipment is present and accounted for at the beginning and end of each shift.
