Overview Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support our team at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities * Provides day-to-day technical support services, locally or remotely, to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware. Minimum Requirements * Familiarity with Ticketing Support Software * High school diploma and 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
