Summary: Supports the design, development and implementation of field sales enablement strategies and integrated content in support of planning, products, and key enterprise priorities, ensuring consistent, effective messaging that is in alignment with the Northwestern Mutual brand. This extends to new product and market launches, targeted field engagement, field promotional events, planning and product sales tools and materials. Develop clear, accurate and persuasive content, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver high impact programs and; leverage current methods and propose new channels (e.g., live events, print, digital, mobile and tablet) for impactful delivery and engagement; support the design and implementation of large, integrated sales initiatives that deliver results through sales team engagement and agency-level adoption; design key messages and positioning strategies that resonate with sales teams and field audiences and drive measurable behavior change. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 1) Development and Implementation of field-facing content and adoption messages/materials.
2) Strategic Influence and subject matter expert regarding content deliverables and adoption tactics on all assigned projects.
