Our History
Founded in 2006 with a singular focus on adding value for our customers by focusing on delivery of services through industry best practices, quality metrics and employee development. We wanted to be a different company, one that all of our employees could be proud of, where all of our employees and customers wanted to associate with and become trusted partners. Our focus and approach have resulted in steady growth over the last 15 years, earning exceptional performance evaluations, repeat customers, and lasting relationships with our employees, partners and customers.
We have been supporting some of our customers for over 10 years, with over 98% retention rates over the last three years. To continue our mission and achieve our vision, we invest heavily in our employees’ training, professional development and provide maximum opportunities for growth. To serve our customers with the latest technologies, processes and solutions, NIS has launched an Open-Source Practice, an Innovation Center, R&D, and emerging technologies such as the Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Graph Database, as well as Data Analytics.
