KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ACCESSORIES Join a global sportswear leader and take charge of shaping the future of accessories for Family Footwear accounts. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead product and brand strategy across focus categories, driving sell in and sell through while collaborating with merchandising and retail activation teams. This role is about building strong partnerships, delivering growth, and ensuring adidas Accessories stand out in the marketplace. PURPOSE Lead the execution of product and brand direction for accessories across key accounts. Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve profitable growth, elevate consumer experiences, and strengthen adidas representation at retail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and execute strategic sales plans that align account goals with brand objectives
Drive account growth by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and applying innovative sales tactics
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to deliver impactful sell through programs
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key account partners
Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and insights to support business decisions
KEY RELATIONSHIPS Commercial Directors, Brand Marketing, Sales Representatives, Retail Activation, Finance, Agron Sales Director and External Buyers KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong understanding of retail metrics and financial data to influence outcomes
Ability to develop logical assortment plans based on space, inventory, and sell through
Skilled in negotiation and influencing across internal and external teams
Advanced communication and presentation skills across business levels
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Four year degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
Minimum eight years of field sales experience with key accounts in consumer goods
Sporting goods industry experience preferred
