Working primarily as a Department of Transportation (DOT) contractor, Diamond B Construction Company, LLC dedicates every effort to safely providing our customers with the best highway construction projects and highest-quality asphalt products. Diamond B Construction Company’s goal is to create a zero-injury environment. Our intent is that everyone working in or passing through our work zones, plants and pits do so without accident. To achieve this goal, we developed formal safety practices and guidelines and require complete commitment from management and our dedicated workforce to make our safety program effective. Our safety program obligates our employees to comply with all federal, state and local regulations related to occupational safety, health and environmental programs.

Everyone is encouraged to provide suggestions and establish personal goals for eliminating accidents and injuries. Participation in meetings to discuss safety aspects of each assignment is our policy. If the source of a hazard cannot be eliminated, special procedures, safety devices or personal protective equipment must be utilized to mitigate any safety or environmental risk.

Diamond B produces our own construction materials consisting of sand and gravel to ensure that our customers have the highest-quality asphalt products available. Our Quality Control department is equipped with the latest tools and training to better provide our customer with premier products. In addition, our Quality Control department can provide you with custom asphalt products that meet or exceed your specific performance standards.

Diamond B asphalt plants incorporate many of the latest technologies and innovations in the industry. Several of our plants have been retrofitted with the latest equipment that enable the production of warm mix, cold mix, cut back asphalt, and latex injection. In addition, a (GTR) Ground Tire Rubber Plant has been installed that allows for asphalt modification with tire rubber. With seven locations located strategically around the state of Louisiana, our facilities are diversified and have the capabilities to operate with multiple fuels and aggregates.

Our core group of quality subcontractors, haulers, and vendors are another invaluable resource. We rely on these companies to build, produce, and deliver key components of our operations.
